Our office is located at 2510 1st Ave. N, St Petersburg, FL 33713. First Ave N is a three lane one way street heading west. We are on the left side of the road, just past 25th St. Just look for the red brick office building with the Bill Browning Yachts Sales sign in front. There is easy access, all day parking on both sides of the street. Google Earth for the office: 27 46 18.07 n 82 40 02.86 w From north or east of the St. Pete area, take I-75, or I-4, into I-275 to St. Petersburg. Exit on the 5th Ave N exit (right hand side, exit 23A) Continue straight off the exit, past 5th Ave N, six blocks to 1st. Ave. N. Turn right on 1st Ave N. We are five blocks up, just past 25th St. N, second building on the left.. From south of St. Pete, take I-75, to I-275 into St. Petersburg. Take the 31st St. South exit ( left side exit, just past 22nd Ave South). The exit will dead end at 31st St. South. Go left 11 blocks to Central Ave. (Central Ave is one block past First Ave South). Go right on Central Ave six blocks to 25th St. Go left on 25th St one block to First Ave N. Go left on First Ave N. We are the second building on the left. Our brokerage slips are located along the north wall of the St Petersburg Municipal Marina. Google Earth for the slips:: 27 46 23.55 n 82 37 51.80 w Parking at the brokerage slips. The first 26 parking spaces in the marina parking lot are for marina business. These parking places are marked with a "Marina Business Only" sign on the fence in front of the parking space. It is ok to park in these spaces. The rest of the parking in the lot is reserved for marina tenants. These parking places are marked with "Parking By Marina Permit Only' signs on the fence in front of the spaces. If you park in a spot marked with a "Parking By Marina Permit Only" sign it won't be long before you have a parking ticket.
